Tech Tickets is the Technology Department's online "work order" database, and is a replacement to an older system that had been in use for several years. Our new system is vastly improved over the previous one, and should serve us well into the forseeable future.
Where Is It?
Log In / Submit a Ticket
When logging into Tech Tickets for the first time, use your district username for both the username and password field, and then click the login button.
Once you've logged in, you should see your name appear in the bottom-right corner of the window. Tech Tickets will automatically bring up a new Ticket form. Just fill in the fields, and click the "Save" button, or click any of the other buttons at the top of the screen if you do not need to submit a new Ticket.
View Past Tickets
Tech Tickets also allows you to view tickets you've previously submitted. Just click the "History" button at the top of the screen. You can then click on the Ticket Number (in this case, '7'), to see the details of the Ticket. If the Ticket has not been closed out, you can cancel it if you've solved the issue on your own, or add additional notes as needed.
Changing Your Password
To change your password, click the "Profile" button at the top of the screen. Type any password you wish to use in the password fields at the bottom of the form. You can also use this form to enter a secondary (home) email address, a phone number where you can easily be reached, and your building / room number. If your specific room number is not on the drop down list, select "My Room". Click "Save" to accept the changes.
